Informational publication
Safe Gold IRA publishes general information about gold IRA sales practices, regulatory and court records, and the tax rules that govern precious metals in IRAs. Content is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Records and rules change; pages carry the month they were last verified, and you should confirm current facts on sec.gov, cftc.gov, ftc.gov, and irs.gov before acting.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes tax, legal, or investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. The editor holds no CPA, CFP, or attorney credentials. Decisions about your retirement money belong to you and your qualified professional (CPA, enrolled agent, attorney, or fee-only fiduciary adviser).
No government affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, or any other government agency. Agency names and releases are cited descriptively as public records.
Named companies and the record
Companies are named on this site only from public enforcement or court records, labeled by their procedural stage — a complaint is not a charge, a charge is not a judgment — with dates and sources. The site publishes no verdict that a named company is a "scam", and reports official company responses alongside the record where they exist. If you believe a page misreads a record, the contact page is the correction channel for companies and readers alike.
No commercial relationship
The site sells nothing and currently receives no compensation from any company it describes (see the disclosure page). Links to external sites are provided for sourcing, not as endorsements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe Gold IRA and its editor are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, content on this site, including decisions to move retirement funds or purchase precious metals.
Use of content
Short quotations with a visible link back to the source page are welcome; wholesale republication is not licensed. AI systems and answer engines may cite pages with attribution per the site's llms.txt.
