If your company is named in a public enforcement or court record on this site, and you want your official position reported alongside it, send the statement and the document it responds to. Company responses are published on the page where the record appears.
Source documents
Regulators publish constantly — new releases, amended complaints, updated advisories. If you track these documents professionally, the desk wants to hear from you before a reader does.
What the desk does not do
