This site is a static editorial publication. The short version: we collect no personal information through the site itself, and the only data the site's infrastructure sees is standard, short-lived server logs.

What we collect

• Email you send us. If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and address only to reply and, where applicable, process a correction. We never sell or share it.
• Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. Retention follows the host's default policy.

What we do not do

• No contact forms, accounts, or newsletter capture; no data is stored on this site.
• No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social media pixels.
• No sale or transfer of reader data — there is none to sell.

A note specific to this desk

If you email us about a bad experience with a metals dealer, do not include more personal or account information than the story needs, and do not send documents you are not prepared to have quoted back (with your details removed) if the record warrants it. We will ask before publishing anything from your correspondence.

Analytics

If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added later (pageview counts without cookies or personal identifiers), this policy will be updated before they go live.

Third-party pages

Guides link to government sources (sec.gov, cftc.gov, ftc.gov, irs.gov, investor.gov) and, where relevant, to court-record databases. Those sites have their own privacy practices; this policy covers only https://safegoldirainvest.org.

Your choices
